  • I primarily work with single-family homes located in Southern Vermont and the Upper Valley. Most properties in the Splendid Host portfolio are three to five bedrooms, but I occasionally work with smaller or larger homes if they are a strong fit.

    I focus on properties that are thoughtfully maintained, comfortable for guests, and have a distinct sense of style. Splendid Host typically partners with second home owners who care deeply about their property and want it represented and managed with the same level of attention and care.

  • Hosting services are commission-based and typically range from 20-25% of booking revenue, depending on the booking channel and property needs.

    There is also a one-time onboarding fee, which varies by property based on the level of preparation and set-up required.
