  • I am based in Springfield, Vermont and co-host properties in Southern Vermont and the Upper Valley.

    I also take on a limited number of consulting clients outside of this area.

  • Get in touch to schedule a free introductory call to discuss your needs as a host. From there, I will create custom package with pricing for you to review and approve before we start working together. No obligation, no hard sell.

  • For Airbnb co-hosting, I charge 20-25% of the revenue you generate from each stay.

    There is an additional onboarding fee, which varies from one project to the next, depending on the work involved.

    After an initial call and property visit, I will provide a bespoke set-up proposal with pricing.

  • I know that the initial startup costs for STR can be an eye opener, especially before you are generating revenue.

    Depending on your timeline and budget, I can create a plan for you that we can rollout incrementally over time, staggering the initial onboarding fee.
